We are a family run business, operating since 2004, initially specialising in the distribution of printed USB’s to businesses local and overseas under Promotional USB. Fast forward 15 years, we have grown into a complete one stop shop for all promotional products. We are passionate about providing you with a superb product to showcase your brand. We make the entire process as fast and as smooth as possible. We can assist in creating your promotional masterpiece and provide you with concept or product design.

You can either speak directly to our team over the phone or by email or if you know exactly what you are after, simply enter the details to our cart. We can then create a quote for you and work with you to ensure you promotional product is branded superbly, fits your requirement and your budget.

Together with your quote, we send a digital proof with your artwork applied on the product. We can also provide a pre production sample (PPS) which will have your logo branded on one unit. We recommend this for large orders to ensure you are satisfied with the end result. Please contact us for a quotation.

Yes we can provide samples of most of our products, please get in touch and we can provide further information.

Minimum orders depend on your chosen product, we can advise you individually of these.

We understand that a fast turn around is very important but each product has its own unique time frame of production.

We can give you the lead time after we have received the details of the product/s you require.

The lead time commences from the date of artwork approval and payment, not from the date you enquire or receive your quote.

Please note that while most orders are delivered on time or early, there can be courier delays which are beyond our control.

If you have a deadline, please advise us and we will do our best to find a solution to accommodate this.

Unfortunately we are not able to change your design once your order is paid and the proof is approved.

In some circumstances we may be able to accommodate a change in design but this will delay the lead time that was originally advised.

Our Artwork Specification

We are excited to have you back and value you as our client. If you want just a ‘repeat order’ the process is easy and quick. Simply email or call us with your last reference number and if there are no changes to the product we can process your order the same day as payment is received.

We require payment before we can commence production of your order. However for approved government vendors we are able to accept a purchase order with payment provided upon receipt of goods.

Payments can be made by credit card, Paypal or bank deposit.
