Logo Guidelines

Please follow these guidelines as closely as possible. If you have any problems or are unsure, please contact us for assistance.

Step One

Artwork is required in vector format with one of the following extensions (.pdf), (.eps) or (.ai). This will ensure the highest quality outcome during the printing process.

A vector is a graphic file that can be scaled and adjusted in size without any loss of quality or distortion.

Step Two

If no vector format is available we can accept a high resolution image file (.png) or (.jpg) We will then convert the image file to a vector but we cannot guarantee the quality of the result.

Artwork with different opacities or gradients will need to be converted to solid colours for one or two colour prints and embroidery.

Artwork for embroidery must be simplified. Detailed/intricate artwork is not possible for embroidery however our team can verify this for you.

If a redraw of your artwork is required we can do this at a cost of $50+GST.

Pantone numbers are required for all orders (except digital/full colour printing). We are not able to colour match.

Pantone® Colours

Our products are branded using the pantone colour matching system (PMS). We are unable to match to CMYK or RGB values but there are many online solutions available to convert your colour to PMS.

Branding Methods

The kind of material of your product usually dictates the printing/branding methods we use. The most common processes:

Rectangle 225a
Screen or Pad Printing
The most economical branding methods that are suitable for simple logos with 1-4 colours that have no shading or colour gradients. Before printing, inks are mixed to the match the Pantone® colour you have authorised.

Digital / Full Colour Printing
Suitable for detailed and intricate logos with multiple gradients and/or colours.
Rectangle 225d
Laser Engraving
Laser engraving gives a very precise and clean finish and is ideal for material such metal and wood, giving an extra sensation of touch.
Rectangle 225c
Embroidery
Most commonly used to brand bags, apparel, and other textile products. It offers higher perceived value and a depth of branding quality which other processes cannot match. Embroidery uses rayon thread which is stitched into the product and has a slightly raised effect.
